Artwave Festival
6th - 21nd September 2025

Celebrating artists and makers across the lewes district

Now in our 31st year, Artwave continues to be one of the largest visual arts festivals in the South East, connecting hundreds of artists and makers with tens of thousands of appreciative viewers and visitors each year.

Use our online guide to browse and search the exhibitions, or view guides for separate trails here. You can also pick up a free printed copy from Lewes and Seaford Tourist Information Centres.

We are delighted to have more than 160 venues in the 2025 festival, with free-to-visit exhibitions in private homes, studios, potteries, windmills, railway stations, farms and churches, many of them opening their venues for the first time.

When you have chosen which exhibitions you want to see, don’t forget to check when they are open and what facilities they offer. All exhibitions are free to visit!
